Twin-Neck Measuring Bottles (also known as "Dose and Pour" bottles), not the guitars.
These bottles are ingenious pieces of packaging designed specifically for liquids that require precise dilution or measurement, such as fuel additives, horticultural chemicals, or industrial cleaners.
The design consists of two distinct chambers connected by an internal tube:
The Main Reservoir: The large lower section that holds the bulk of the liquid.
The Measuring Chamber: The smaller upper "neck" with graduated markings (e.g., 10ml, 20ml, 50ml).
The Process: By squeezing the main body of the bottle while the cap is on, liquid is forced up the internal tube into the measuring chamber. Once the desired amount is reached, you simply remove the cap on the measuring side and pour.
Precision without Paraphernalia: Eliminates the need for separate measuring cups or syringes, which often get lost or create a mess.
Safety & Cleanliness: Reduces the risk of skin contact with concentrated chemicals and prevents spills during the measuring process.
Waste Reduction: Ensures the user uses exactly the amount needed, extending the life of the product.
Material: Usually made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), making them highly resistant to chemicals, impact, and "paneling" (when a bottle collapses inward due to pressure changes).
